Clear Nail Polish
This is a clear regular nail polish. Add your favourite powder/pigment to create your own nail polish!
Application/ how to apply (for magnetic powder):
- Prep your nails and make sure they’re clean and dry
- Apply a thin layer of base coat
- Add few drops of clear nail polish
- Dip a small amount of powder and mix well with the polish
- Apply a generous coat on the nail and start designing
- Design the pattern using the magnetic tool (watch the tutorial for different effects!)
- Wait for the design to dry, apply a non-quick dry top coat and use the magnetic tool again to set the design.
- Repeat step 3-6 for 2-3 times for better opacity (optional)
- Wipe off the polish on the brush and glass plate with a paper towel/tissue paper.
- Soak a cotton with polish remover/acetone to remove the residue on the brush and glass plate.
Tips:
- Hold the magnetic tool for 30 seconds to 1 minute.Â
- Use the magnetic tool on every layer, even after applying top coat.
- Do one nail at a time.Â
- Apply a slightly thicker coat than how you will usually apply for other nail polishes.
- It is easier to work on gel polish than regular nail polish.
